COVID-19 STATEMENT

Please be aware even though the government has changed COVID restrictions for the public, our services are regulated as clinical and therefore we need to still adhere to strict guidelines.


Our main priority is your safety and that of our staff. During the Coronavirus pandemic all ultrasound scanning and blood tests require close contact between you and the health care provider, so we’ve implemented strict Social Distancing and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policies for increased protection in our clinic.

 

UPDATE - Wearing a mask while waiting in our reception area and inside the ultrasound room is now optional, according to your preference.

Furthermore, in relation to Governmental updates, Time to Bond 4D would like to reassure clients that our services are updated regularly and any changes to bookings will be notified as soon as possible. Please read below to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus in our clinic. These points are from simple everyday best practices to taking extra precautions:
 

  • Please arrive at your allocated appointment time.

  • We are offering longer appointment times to avoid contact with other clients in the clinic to

    maintain social distance

  • Currently three adult guest and household children are allowed to attend the scan.

  • All Clients must wear face coverings, unless exempt.

  • We kindly ask that everyone who visits our clinic can use the alcohol hand sanitiser provided on entry. Hand wash facilities are also available.

  • All staff will be wearing necessary PPE

  • Reception areas, machinery and couches will be disinfected between each client.

  • We are regularly disinfecting our phones, machines, computers, desks and door handles as well as antibacterial spraying down seats after each appointment to

    prevent germs spreading from person to person.

  • We may ask guests to wait in the car until the clinic area is free

  • Please do not attend any appointments if you or members of your household are unwell or have had a positive screen for Covid-19 with in the previous 14 days. We will endeavour to rebook appointments to suit you, if you are unable to attend due to a positive Covid-19 test.
